NSC-2336 – Fixed an issue preventing the tcmalloc module from loading.
NSC-2328 – Resolved a memory leak to improve system stability.
NSC-2294 – Added peak session count information to the status command.
NSC-2295 – Fixed a core dump that could occur during multiple SIP registrations.
NSC-2312 – Fixed a crash that could occur during client restart.
NSC-2323 – Fixed an authenticated OS command injection vulnerability
NSC-2306 – Updated the default TLS version to TLS 1.2 for improved security.
NSC-2333 – Migrated deprecated TLS version values when loading SIP profiles. 
	   Legacy protocol values (SSLv23, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1) are now automatically updated to align with the minimum TLS 1.2 requirement 
	   enforced by the operating system's crypto policy.

Incorporated all fixes and enhancements from the NSC 3.0 release into NSC 4.0.

This is the initial release of NSC version 4.0. It contains a large number of
changes to the platform over release 3.0.21. These changes will allow for future development 
and more rapid response to security vulnerabilities.

Limitations:
------------
1) TDM support not available.
2) Direct upgrade from NSC-3.0 not available. 
      Please use configure backup restore from NSC-3.0 -> NSC 4.0
