Windows Installer

The Windows Installer for Windows NT 4.0 is included in the Windows NT Service 
Pack 5 and up. 
If you can't run SangLink_wnt.msi file from your computer, go to directory 
Windows Installer to install Microsoft Installer Service and then try to run
SangLink_wnt.msi file again.
